"Steve is most certainly an expert in his field and the digital marketing realm. I first started working with him with no real online presence, and he was able to guide me through all of the ins and outs of what was essential to increase awareness and get the phone ringing. He didn't just take the steering wheel; he consulted with me and worked through my ideas all the while teaching me many things in the process. I highly recommend NextGen for all your digital marketing!"
Mike Reid

Steve is attentive, knowledgeable, very capable, and always has good suggestions for me to implement into my business plan. I'm looking forward to a long, successful relationship with Steve both professionally and personally."
Jimmy Pomerance
Owner, Impact Speakers
"Steve exemplifies what it means to truly value what others bring to the table AND to have considerate (and considerable!) follow through for referrals and business growth. He is selfless and not at all afraid to give someone the attention they need regarding traction for growth and business development; whether it's through his own resources and services or those of others he knows!"

Questions From Charlotte Businesses
Yes. Charlotte is our home base, so it's where we do most of our work. We help service companies, retail shops, coaches and professional firms across the city get named when customers ask AI assistants for a recommendation, and we're happy to meet in person or by video.
ChatGPT favors businesses it can clearly describe and verify. We make sure your website, Google Business Profile, directory listings and reviews all tell the same accurate story about what you offer in Charlotte, so the AI has trustworthy reasons to mention you by name when someone asks.
Absolutely. Plenty of Charlotte customers still search Google and Maps every day, and Google now shows its own AI answers at the top of results. The work that builds trust with Google also feeds AI assistants, so we improve both together instead of choosing one.
